Terms & Conditions

Driving lesson cancellations by the pupil should be at least 48 hours prior to the lesson.
This is standard in the industry.
Otherwise the instructor has the discretion to charge for the lesson booked.
If the pupil has prepaid a block of lessons and fails to attend a pre booked lesson without giving the above notice, the instructor has the discretion to deduct the cost of that lesson from your prepayment. This is to protect the instructor from loss of earnings.
The instructor reserves the right not to take the pupil to test if the pupil is not at a satisfactory standard as deemed by the instructor.

Privacy Policy

Defence driving school will not use your information for anything else than its intended purpose, unless specified. We will keep information given by phone, in person and online private and confidential.
